Rathfinny Wine Dinner

Gravetye Manor is pleased to host a Rathfinny Wine Dinner, celebrating one of Sussex’s leading sparkling wine estates. Rathfinny’s breath-taking south-facing slope in the South Downs of Sussex is one of England’s exceptional natural landscapes. The climate, chalk, soil, and aspect make it the perfect site for producing world-class sparkling wine, and this special evening will showcase the results with a four-course menu created by Executive Chef Martin Carabott, each dish designed to complement Rathfinny’s award-winning wines.

Guests will have the opportunity to taste some of Rathfinny’s most celebrated cuvées including the Blanc de Blancs, the rich Blanc de Noirs, and the Rosé. Guiding the evening will be Rathfinny’s founder and owner, Mark Driver, as well as Brand Ambassador Richard James, who will introduce each wine, share insights into the winemaking process, and highlight what makes Rathfinny such a distinctive producer.

The event begins with an aperitif before dinner is served in the Manor’s glass fronted dining room at shared tables, concluding with coffee. With carefully considered pairings, the evening promises a memorable exploration of English sparkling wine alongside Gravetye’s refined seasonal cooking.

Tickets are priced at £200 per person, inclusive of aperitif, four-course dinner with paired wines, and coffee.
