Gravetye Manor is delighted to welcome British luxury leather goods house Ettinger for an intimate talk and lunch in our oak-panelled private dining room, as part of PoB Hotels’ annual Now & Then series, celebrating Britain’s heritage and modern craft.
Rooted in heritage yet continually evolving, Ettinger has been crafting beautifully made leather goods since 1934. This exclusive event celebrates the art of timeless craftsmanship, tracing the journey of a British brand from 1930s London to its place today as one of Britain’s most celebrated luxury leather makers, while exploring how tradition and modernity continue to shape its story.
The afternoon begins at 1pm with a welcome glass of Sussex sparkling wine, followed by a talk from the Ettinger team. Guests will also enjoy a live embossing demonstration and receive a personalised Ettinger item to take home. A three-course lunch will follow at 2pm, after which guests are invited to explore our gardens at their leisure. Please note that seating will be at shared tables for the duration of the event.
£145.00 per person, including a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, the talk, a three-course lunch with drinks, a personalised embossed Ettinger item, and a goodie bag with a £50.00 voucher to spend at Ettinger.
