This year marks a very special milestone for Gravetye Manor as we celebrate 50 years as a proud member of Relais & Châteaux.

To commemorate the occasion, we invite you to join us for an unforgettable black-tie evening, celebrating five decades of Gravetye hospitality, exceptional food and the people who have shaped our story.

The evening will begin at 6.30pm with a Champagne Taittinger reception and canapés, accompanied by live music, before guests take their seats at shared tables in our beautiful glass-fronted dining room.

At the heart of the celebration will be a very special six-course dinner created by our Michelin-starred Executive Chef, Martin Carabott. Looking back through Gravetye’s culinary history, Martin has drawn inspiration from dishes created by the remarkable chefs who have worked in our kitchen over the past 50 years, reimagining them for a menu that celebrates Gravetye’s past and present.

Each course will be accompanied by carefully selected paired wines, with live music continuing throughout the evening.
