Looking for cocktail inspiration during the lockdown?
To celebrate English Wine Week - try 'Gravetye Elder Fizz'
Ingredients:
20ml Elderflower Cordial
20ml Gin
10ml Lemon Juice
6 Mint leaves
English Sparkling Wine
Method:
Stir all the ingredients, except the sparkling wine, with plenty of ice in a mixing bowl, then strain into a champagne glass and top up with the English Sparkling Wine. Garnish and serve.
