Gravetye Manor Unveils Bespoke Bedroom Collaboration with Sussex Designer Molly Mahon

We are delighted to announce that we have partnered with renowned Sussex printmaker and textile designer Molly Mahon to create a bespoke bedroom that celebrates craftsmanship, colour and the natural beauty of the surrounding gardens and nearby Ashdown Forest.
Bringing together two much-loved Sussex names, the collaboration marks Mahon’s first interior partnership of its kind with a Sussex hotel, coinciding also with the tenth anniversary of the Molly Mahon brand.
At the heart of the room refurbishment, is a bespoke pink and green colourway of the Mahon’s Foxglove wallpaper from the Woodland collection, created exclusively for the project.
Produced using surface printing methods, the design brings a fresh yet timeless feel to the room, echoing the foxgloves and blooms that flourish in the surrounding hotel’s historical gardens, with subtle references to Indian artisan design.
The wallpaper is paired with designs from Mahon’s original collection, including the graphic Luna pattern, giving a joyful balance between floral softness and bold geometry. Together, the patterns layer beautifully throughout the space, bringing warmth, character and a sense of relaxed elegance, Gravetye Manor is so well known for.

It feels particularly meaningful to launch the collaboration as we celebrate ten years of Molly Mahon.”
This Autumn, as we celebrate 50 years as a member of Relais & Châteaux, we reflect on our history as the former manor house and estate of Victorian gardener, writer and horticulturalist William Robinson. Today, we are home to what is believed to be the UK’s only Victorian elliptical walled garden, with much of the produce grown on site used in our Michelin-starred restaurant led by Executive Chef Martin Carabott.

● One winner will be selected at random and contacted via email after the closing date.
● The prize includes a one-night stay for two in the Molly Mahon Walnut Room at Gravetye Manor, dinner, breakfast and a £500 Molly Mahon gift voucher.
● The Gravetye Manor stay must be redeemed by 31 March 2027 and is subject to availability.
● A minimum two-night stay applies on weekends; the winner will be required to pay for the additional night.
● The £500 Molly Mahon gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used online only. It cannot be redeemed against workshops.
● The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
● Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
● Travel to and from Gravetye Manor is not included.
