We were absolutely thrilled when our Head Chef Charles Coulombeau was named the winner of the renowned Le Taittinger Prix Culinaire International following a closely fought final in Paris. This year, the competition took a new format with the chefs celebrating the “hero” ingredient of king scallops at the heart of their signature dish.

To celebrate Charles’s win we invite you to dine and stay at Gravetye with this very special offer. An adapted version of his winning dish will be featured on our Seasonal Menu as a ‘Special’ throughout March and anyone booked on this offer can choose it without supplement.
