Staying With Us

The eighteen rooms at Gravetye are named after tree species found on the estate, they come in three simple categories: small, medium and large. All our rooms have full bathrooms and complimentary wifi access.
Due to the size of the hotel and to our bespoke and personalised service, it may not always be possible to book on-line. As most bookings are still dealt with over the phone, we see the need to retain some flexibility and wish to avoid over-booking or double-booking. Should you encounter any difficulties in obtaining a specific date or room, please call us and we shall be happy to assist with your enquiry.

 

 
 

 

 

THE Standard Rooms

We have three rooms of this size, they are very comfortable, measuring approximately 15 x 12 feet and have a full bathroom. These rooms have a queen size double bed, dressing table and two comfortable chairs to relax.
We have one single room with standard double bed, approximately 15 x 9 feet in size.

THE Superior Rooms

With a dimension of approx 15 x 18 feet, there are just two rooms of this size in the Manor, both with stunning views over the valley and lake. One of these has a king/twin bed whilst the other has a queen size bed.


 

 
 
 
 

 

 

THE Deluxe Rooms

We have eleven of these well proportioned and very spacious rooms measuring approx 18 x 24 feet, featuring dining tables as well as comfortable chairs for enjoyment and relaxation. With the exception of the Master Room, all of these rooms are equipped with king/twin beds. In the Master Room we offer a sumptuous four poster queen size bed and an original Art Deco bathroom.

USEFUL ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • The tariffs quoted are the price of the room. They include VAT (currently 17.5%) and service charges, prices are exclusive of all meals.
  • Continental Breakfast is £13.00 and Full English Breakfast is charged a la carte.
  • We request a deposit of £100.00 per room per night to secure all room reservations - written confirmation is required from all guests and we undertake to confirm all reservations in writing.
  • Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation please note that we ask for 21 days notice. If cancelled within this period please be advised that we regret to charge the full room rate. In case we are able to re-let the allocated room the client will be refunded, however we do charge for any overseas transactions.
  • Due to its size Gravetye does not employ a Night Porter, yet we offer an Emergency Night Service between midnight and 7.00am.
  • Children over the age of seven and babes in arms are welcome. Cots and baby listening services are provided. Please note that babies are not permitted in our dining room.
  • Should you require a taxi or car & driver for your transfers we shall be happy to organise this for you. Please ask our reception team for details and tariffs.
