Gravetye offers the ideal setting for executives wishing to hold business meetings in peaceful and luxurious surroundings.

Private Sitting Room Dimensions: 5 ½m x 4 ¼m This room seats up to twelve delegates either informally in a boardroom style, and maybe reserved throughout the year.

Main Sitting Room Dimensions: 9m x 5 ½m This room comfortably seats up to sixteen. This room is available during the months of November to April inclusive, and only when accommodation is also required.

Our oak-panelled dining room can be reserved which ensures seclusion. We offer a three course table d’hote lunch and dinner menu. The seasonal The seasonal A La Carte menu is available throughout the year for parties up to eight. At lunchtime at light meal, hot or cold buffet can be arranged in the bar.

Direct line telephone, wireless internet, photocopying facilities, an overhead projector, screen and flip charts are standard equipment. VHS recorder, television screens and LCD projector can be organised by prior arrangement for a small charge.

Day Delegate Rate £80.00 inclusive of VAT (at 17.5%), morning coffee with Gravetye biscuits, light lunch, room hire, afternoon tea and homemade cake.

Overnight Delegate Rate May to October inclusive £350.00 November to April inclusive £260.00 inclusive of VAT (at 17.5% ), accommodation, full or continental breakfast, morning coffee with biscuits, light lunch, afternoon tea with home made cake and table d’hote dinner.
