Steppes Travel was founded by Nicholas Laing in 1989, and as guest speaker he will share his knowledge and experiences gathered over a life time of crossing the globe. A motorbike enthusiast, Nick has just returned from a ‘bike journey around Romania and has previously traveled on his motorbike from London to Vladivostok. Nick will bring you up to date on where to travel in 2008 and what’s opening up in places such as The Arctic, Central Asia and the more unusual countries in North Africa and the Middle East.

They do arrange luxury villas, beach holidays on exotic islands and family holidays, however their forte remains the creation of tailor-made cultural and adventure journeys to the more exotic regions of the world.
